Carlos Diaz, 21, of Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding in a 55MPH zone, allegedly traveling at 101MPH, on Clinton street road in Bergen on March 25, 2022 at 2:10a.m.
Diaz was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on April 6, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

Arnold K. Shaffer, 55, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing multiple items from Walmart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on March 23, 2022.
Shaffer was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 14, 2022.
