On March 26, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested William D. Joseph, 20, of Allentown, PA, for criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 5th, a class D-felony, and introducing contraband into a prison 2nd.
Troopers out of SP Warsaw responded to the Attica Correctional Facility to assist a K-9 Investigator from NYSDOCCS. Joseph was found to allegedly be in possession of contraband and was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Joseph was arraigned in the town of Covington Court and released. He is to return to the town of Attica court on May 2, 2022.
