Kerwin E. Ransom, 58, of Pembroke, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd after a domestic incident in Pembroke on March 27, 2022, at 7:39a.m.
Ransom allegedly pushed a child under 12 years old.
Ransom was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court, where an order of protection was served. Ransome was released and is due back in court at a later date.

Jessica J. Easton, 38, of Esperance, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and DWI, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition on March 26, 2022, at 8:50p.m.
Easton was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Alexander Town Court on April 19, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

Sierra N. Biegasiewicz, 31, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing multiple items from Walmart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on March 25, 2022.
Biegasiewicz was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 14, 2022.
