Justin M. Conner, 29, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, speed exceeding 55mph and failure to yield for an emergency vehicle on Clinton street road in Batavia on April 9, 2022 at 12:46a.m.
Conner allegedly was operating a vehicle while allegedly in an intoxicated condition.
Connor was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on April 21, 2022, at 6:00p.m.

Cameron J. Sokolowski, 29, of Batavia, was charged with bail jumping 3rd degree on April 13, 2022, at 12:38p.m.
Sokolowski was issued and appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 4, 2022.

Brenda M. King, 57, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a larceny incident at Walmart at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on April 16, 2022, at 2:39p.m.
King allegedly stole merchandise from the store.
She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 4, 2022, at 10:00a.m.
