On April 6, 2022, LeRoy Police arrested Marco A. Hernandez, 22, of LeRoy, NY, charging him with rape 1st degree, and criminal sexual act 1st degree, both class B felonies, following an investigation of an incident in LeRoy on July 30, 2021.
Hernandez was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Cineque J. Robinson, 19, of LeRoy. NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree and obstruction of governmental administration 2nd after a domestic incident in LeRoy on April 14, 2022, at 7:40a.m.
A preliminary investigation has determined that Robinson and the victim were involved in a physical altercation resulting in the victim sustaining a head injury.
Robinson was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and an order of protection was issued. Robinson was released on appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on May 3, 2022.

Andrew S. Lehman, 31, no address provided, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to yield the right of way on a left turn, following a motor vehicle accident on East Main road in the Town of LeRoy on April 5, 2022 at 6:50p.m.
Lehman was transported to the LeRoy Police Department for processing and released on traffic tickets.
He will appear in LeRoy Town Court on April 21, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
