NYS POLICE REPORT/Warsaw man arrested for felony DWI

On April 14, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Adama W. Brown, 37, of Warsaw, NY, for felony Driving While Intoxicated- previous conviction within ten years and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st degree.     

Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Wilder Road in the town of Warsaw. 

During the interview, Brown was exhibiting signs of impairment and Troopers determined Brown had allegedly been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.  He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where he refused to submit to a chemical test. 

Brown was released with appearance tickets for the town of Warsaw court, where he is due to appear at a later date.

On April 15th, 2022, Troopers arrested David Ferras, 34, of Buffalo, NY for DWI. Ferras was pulled over on the I-90 in Batavia for a traffic violation and after failing several sobriety tests, Ferras was placed under arrest.

Ferras was transported to SP Batavia where he provided a breath sample with a BAC of .16%. Ferras was then processed, issued tickets and released. He is scheduled to appear in the town of Batavia Court in May of 2022.
