Maria L. Dimartino, 56, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation at BJ’s at 8330 Lewiston road on April 26, 2022 at 3:00p.m.
On April 21, 2022, Dimartino allegedly cut off a bar code from a 32-inch television and used it to pay for a 50-inch television.
Dimartino was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 12, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Zachery M. Virgillo, 24, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after violating a court ordered full stay away order of protection by allegedly being in contact with the protected party on April 25, 2022.
Virgillo was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and is scheduled to re-appear on May 24, 2022, at 2:30p.m.
