Six fire companies were called to 6928 Halvorsen road in the Town of Genesee Falls for a reported structure fire on Sunday morning at 5:50a.m.
Fire crews located a fire under the doublewide home and were able to extinguish it after getting access to the area under the home which sustained $5,000 in damages.
The occupants, Brandon Smith and Morgan Sommers, are being assisted by Red Cross.
Fire companies from Pike, Bliss, Castile, Silver Springs, Fillmore and Wiscoy-Rossburg were on scene for about 2.5 hours.
