Richard A. Steen, 53, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 2nd degree, a class C felony, criminal mischief 2nd degree, a class D felony, and menacing 2nd degree after allegedly displaying a long gun in a threatening manner at a person and then allegedly shooting at a camper, causing damage to it. The incident occurred on May 27, 2022 on Cole road at 8:30a.m.
Steen was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and is being held on $20,000 bond.
He will re-appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 7, 2022.
