Timothy R. Nurmi, 30, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and harassment 2nd degree, after an incident on West Main street in LeRoy on May 24, 2022 at 11:15a.m.
Nurmi was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and an order of protection was issued. He was released on his own recognizance and will re-appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 7, 2022 at 1:00p.m.

Alexis R. Kenyon, 28, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd, following a complaint and an investigation on May 26, 2022 at 12:59a.m.
Kenyon was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and an order of protection was issued. She was released on her own recognizance and will re-appear in court on June 7, 2022.
