GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Four people arrested after Social Services investigations

Tammy O’Shea, 50, of Stafford, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd degree and filing a false instrument 1st degree after allegedly failing to report her husband and his income to the Genesee County Department of Social Services, resulting in her receiving $5,265 in SNAP funds she was not entitled to. O’Shea was arrested and arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on recognizance and will appear at a later date.

Angela Mueller, 49, of Corfu, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree and filing a false instrument 1st degree, after allegedly failing to report income resulting in her receiving $1454.00 in SNAP benefits, she was not entitled to. Mueller was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia Town Court on June 2, 2022.

Chandah Sundown, 30, of Batavia, NY, is charged with 11 counts of filing a false instrument 1st degree and one count of grand larceny 3rd degree, after allegedly failing to report the father of her children was residing in the home and earning income, resulting in her receiving $8,353.00 in SNAP benefits she was not entitled to. Sundown was arrested and arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on recognizance to appear at a later date.

Megan Courtney, 26, of Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd degree and three counts of filing a false instrument 1st degree, after allegedly failing to report that the father of her child was residing in the home and earning income from employment, resulting in her receiving $6,830.00 in SNAP benefits she was not entitled to. Courtney was arrested and arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on recognizance to appear at a later date.

Jacquelyn M. Siverling, 41, or Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC .08% or more, speed violation/exceeding 55mph, improper/ no signal, and moving from a lane unsafely, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle at a high rate of speed while allegedly intoxicated on May 20, 2022, on S. Main street road in Pembroke.

Siverling is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on July 7, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Matthew E. Schultz, 32, or Lockport, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, speeding in a zone and uninspected motor vehicle, after traffic stop on Lewiston road in Batavia on May 29, 2022.
