Logan M. Biedrzycki, 19, of Rochester, NY, is charged with reckless endangerment 1st degree, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd degree, acting in a manor injurious to a child less than 17, criminal possession of weapon/firearm/knife and reckless driving, after various vehicle and traffic law violations on Clinton street road in Stafford on June 5, 2022 at 5:03p.m.
Biedrzycki allegedly fled in a vehicle at high speeds from deputies attempting to conduct a traffic stop with a juvenile in the vehicle. He was eventually taken into custody and arraigned in Stafford Town Court and will re-appear on July 12, 2022, at 10:00a.m.

Hanah R. Helms, 19, no address provided, is charged with criminal mischief 4th, after allegedly damaging a motor vehicle on May 20, 2022, in Pembroke.
Helms was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on June 6, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
