Lauren K. Pellegrino, 40, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with assault 3rd/intent to cause physical injury, and menacing 3rd degree, placing another person in fear of physical injury or death, after a physical dispute with a male in LeRoy on June 20, 2022.
Pellegrino was transported to the LeRoy Police Department for processing and then arraigned in LeRoy Town Court. An order of protection was issued protecting the male victim.
Pellegrino was released on her own recognizance and will re-appear in court on June 21, 2022.

Peter J. Vangallo, 49, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after a complaint where Vangallo allegedly went to the home of a person protected by an order of protection.
Vangallo was processed and released with an appearance ticket. He will appear in LeRoy Town Court on July 5, 2022, at 1:00p.m. to answer the charge.
