Fantasia O. Speed, 21, of Rochester, NY, and Dontaya N. Kyles, 30, of Greece, NY, are each charged with grand larceny 3rd degree/property value exceeds $3,000, after an investigation into a larceny complaint at a retail store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on June 20, 2022 at 3:28p.m.
Speed and Kyles allegedly passed all points of purchase without paying for the merchandise.
Speed was additionally charged with conspiracy 5th degree and was arrested on an arrest warrant for criminal possession of a stolen property 4th degree.
Kyles was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She will re-appear in Batavia Town Court on August 8, 2022
