On July 8, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Earl J. Perry, 46, of Sheldon, NY, for felony driving while intoxicated/previous conviction within 10 years.
During a traffic stop on Route 78 in the town of Java, Perry was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. Perry failed standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.23% BAC.
Perry was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
