On July 11, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Desiree S. Oneal, 23, of Rochester, NY, charging her with introducing contraband into a prison. Troopers were contacted by NYSDOCCS OSI from Attica Correctional Facility reporting that Oneal was found to allegedly be in possession of contraband on her person. …
