Andres Arteaga, 24, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI/second offense, DWI/previous conviction within 10 years and aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, all felony violations, following a traffic stop on Bank street in LeRoy on July 17, 2022 at 2:35a.m.
Arteaga was issued traffic tickets and released to a third party. He will appear in LeRoy Town Court on August 2, 2022.
