Katlyn A. Cook, 27, of Batavia, NY, is charged with one count of grand larceny after an investigation by Social Services Investigator Robert Riggi on July 14, 2022.
Cook allegedly failed to report income resulting in her receiving $6,427.00 in SNAP benefits she was not entitled to on January 5, 2022.
Cook was arrested and arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance.

Paul D. Ehrmentraut, 53, of Pavilion, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd and offering a false instrument for filing 1st degree after an investigation by Social Services Investigator Robert Riggi on July 21, 2022.
Ehrmentraut allegedly failed to report an adult child in the home who was also earing wages, resulting in him receiving $7,290.00 in SNAP benefits he was not entitled to.
Ehrmentraut was arrested and arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date.

Latoya Y. Stanley, 34, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, obstructed view and using cannabis in a motor vehicle, following a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Batavia on July 30, 2022, at 5:00p.m.
Stanley was allegedly operating a motor vehicle on a public highway with suspended driving privileges and was allegedly in possession of metal knuckles.
She was released with an appearance ticket and will in Batavia Town court on August 3, 2022, at 10:00a.m.

Anthony S. Bosse, 30, of Corfu, NY, is charged with DWI and following too closely after a two-car motor vehicle accident on West Main street road on July 27, 2022, at 9:15p.m.
Bosse was allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets.

Brandi L. Klauck, 39, of Albion, NY, is charged with DWI, failure to stop at a steady red signal, driving to the left of pavement markings, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, after a traffic stop on RT. 237 in Stafford on July 31, 2022, at 3:58a.m.
Klauck was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in Stafford Town Court on August 11, 2022, at 6:00p.m.

Shannon L. Lopez, 45, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into a reported larceny at Wal-Mart at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia on July 29, 2022.
Lopez allegedly failed to pay for merchandise while exiting the store.
Lopez was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 23, 2022, at 10:00a.m.

Dustin A. Loveland, 35, of Geneseo, NY, allegedly violated an order of protection and was charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly intentionally violating an order of protection issued by Geneseo Village Court on June 17, 2022.
Loveland allegedly failed to stay away from the victim’s place of employment.
He was arraigned in Darien Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
Loveland will return to court on August 18, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
