Raul Cruz Prince Wilson
A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Raul Cruz and Prince Wilson, accusing them of the crimes of murder 1st degree, a class A-1 felony, two counts of murder 2nd degree, a class A-1 felony, arson 2nd degree, a class B violent felony and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, in the deaths of Marcelino Gomez and Elibander “Ivan” Morales on March 11, 2022, while at the address of 10216 Rt. 98 in the town of Alexander.
Cruz and Wilson are accused of intentionally damaging a building by starting a fire when another person who was not a participant in the crime was present in the building at the time. They are also accused of stealing property such as cash, a suitcase, a laptop and other personal property on March 11, 2022, while at 10216 Rt. 98 in the town of Alexander.
