The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department during the Whiz
Khalif Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on August 25, 2022.
Brook L. Garrett– age 20, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd, after allegedly
striking a Live Nation security guard in the head.
Anthony J. Connolly– age 18, of Angola, NY, was arrested and charged with trespass after allegedly
attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
Kelly J. Norah– age 20, of Brockport, NY, was arrested and charged with trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.
All were issued appearance tickets to appear October 11, 2022 at 4:00p.m. In Darien Town Court.
