Donald Cooper, 39, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation on August 22, 2022 on East Main road in LeRoy.
Cooper will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on September 15, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Jeffery G. Ellinwood, 63, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with criminal contempt of court 2nd degree, following a complaint in which Ellinwood allegedly violated an order of protection on North street in LeRoy on August 19, 2022.
Ellinwood was processed and released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on September 15, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
