On August 26, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Guy M. Nguindou, 22, of Rochester, NY, for introducing contraband into a prison.
On August 26, 2022, Troopers were dispatched to assist NYSDOCCS at Attica Correctional Facility with a subject in custody for promoting prison contraband. Nguindou was taken into custody and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
Nguindou was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Attica court for September 2022.

On August 26, 2022, Troopers were dispatched to assist NYSDOCCS at Attica Correctional Facility with a subject in custody for promoting prison contraband. Manor was taken into custody and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
Manor was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Attica court for September 2022.

On August 27, 2022, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Stanley F. Piasecki, 61, of Alexander, NY, for driving while intoxicated.
On August 27, 2022, Troopers were conducting a stationary DWI checkpoint on Broadway road in the village of Alden. Piasecki came through the checkpoint and was placed under arrest after allegedly failing standard field sobriety tests. He was transported to SP Clarence for processing. Piasecki recorded a .11% BAC.
Piasecki was issued traffic tickets returnable to the village of Alden court for October 2022.

On August 25, 2022, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Alfred A. Wasielewski, 63, of Pembroke, NY, for driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a breath test.
On August 25, 2022, Troopers conducted a DWI check point on Rt. 33 and Genesee road in the town of Alden. Wasielewski was placed under arrest after allegedly failing standard field sobriety tests and was transported to SP Elma for processing. Wasielewski refused to submit to a chemical test.
Wasielewski was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Alden court for September 2022.
