On September 5, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Paul D. Barth Jr., 31, of Arcade, NY, charging him with criminal contempt 2nd (disobeying court order).
On September 5, 2022, Troopers were dispatched to a domestic incident in the town of Arcade. Upon arrival, Troopers determined that there was a stay away order in place. Barth was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Barth was released and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Arcade Court for September 8, 2022.
