Haley M. Larnder, 23, of Batavia, NY, and Joshua M. Ruffin, 27, of Alexander, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after allegedly possessing a quantity of cocaine at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive on August 23, 2022 at 3:36p.m.
Larnder and Ruffin were transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets.
Both will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 22, 2022 at 1:00p.m.

Feyza G. Osmancikli, 28, of Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after allegedly possessing a quantity of cocaine during a traffic stop on Liberty street in Batavia on September 6, 2022 at 3:35p.m.
Osmancikli was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets.
