A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted the following:
Amanda B. Hopkins is accused of the crimes of aggravated driving while intoxicated, as a class E felony, aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, while allegedly operating a 2016 Toyota on Rt. 63 in the Town of Pavilion while she was allegedly in an intoxicated condition with a child 15 years of age or less was a passenger in the vehicle on January 21, 2022.

Alicia K. Urban is accused of the crimes of aggravated driving while ability impaired by drugs as a class E felony, two counts, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, while allegedly operating a 2013 Chevrolet on East Main street in the Town of Batavia on March 29, 2022.

Elayasia A. Mendez is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree as a class E felony, driving while intoxicated as a class D felony, forgery in the second degree, a class D felony, falsifying business records in the first degree, a class E felony, and criminal impersonation in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, while operating a 2014 Chrysler on Clinton street road in the Town of Stafford on June 11, 2022. (Special Information- Kevin T. Finnell, District Attorney of Genesee County, accuses Mendez of having been convicted of driving while intoxicated, as a felony on July 19, 2021 in Monroe County, which forms the basis for the suspension or revocation referred to in count one and count 2 in the indictment.)
