David W. Fielding, 33, of Stafford, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree/value of property greater than $1,000, and 6 counts of falsifying business records 1st degree, after being arrested on September 9, 2022, for allegedly stealing various tools from his employer and pawning them for money in July and August of 2022.
Fielding was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets. He will appear in Stafford Town Court on October 4, 2022, at 10:00a.m. for arraignment.
