Thomas M. Tacito, 62, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree, after allegedly throwing a rock through a window at a location on West Main street road in the town of Batavia on September 14, 2022 at 1:45a.m.
Tacito will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 27, 2022, at 10:00a.m. to answer the charge.

Deontay J. Sprattley, 21, of Brooklyn, NY, is charged with petit larceny for allegedly skip scanning multiple items at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial drive, and passing all points of sale on September 10, 2022, at 2:38p.m.
Sprattley was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 5, 2022, at 10:00a.m.

Jalen C. Fields, 18, of Brooklyn, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly walking past all points of purchase without paying for merchandise at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial drive, on September 10, 2022, at 3:14p.m.
Fields was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 5, 2022, at 10:00a.m.
