GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man charged with menacing

Bradley R. Jordan, 20, of Batavia, NY, is charged with menacing 3rd degree, after an incident on Silver road in Bethany on September 19, 2022. Jordan allegedly menaced an individual before fleeing from the scene.

Jordan was eventually located and arrested. He was arraigned in Bethany Town Court and released on his own recognizance and then remanded to the Genesee County Jail pending extradition to Clark County, Nevada.

Assisting in the arrest was K-9 Frankie.

Julian W. Mills, 24, of Lansing, Michigan, is charged with criminal possession of a firearm after an investigation into a suspicious condition on Alleghany road in Pembroke on September 19, 2022, at 11:35a.m.

Mills was allegedly in possession of a loaded handgun.

Mills was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Pembroke Court on October 13, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

On September 18, 2022, at 7:49p.m., Deputies arrested Nathan D. Clark, 25, of Batavia, Dakota R. White, 24, of Bergen, Jordan P. Kuczynski, 24, of LeRoy, and Nia M. Coppini, 23, of Batavia, charging them with trespassing.

All of the above listed subjects were allegedly on the trails of the Byron swamps after dark, in violation of the posted signs.

All subjects were released with appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Byron Town Court on October 3, 2022, at 4:00p.m.
