Renee L. Coughlin, 32, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with falsely reporting an incident 3rd degree following an investigation into an incident Coughlin alleged took place on September 21, 2022, at 7:30p.m. in Oakfield.
An investigation revealed that the incident did not occur.
Coughlin was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on November 7, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

On September 22, 2022, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kevin D. Wolff, 51, and Cherie L. Bender, 52, both of Stafford, NY, after a domestic incident that allegedly endangered the welfare of two children on August 25, 2022.
Both are charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Wolff and Bender were released on appearance tickets and will appear in the town of Stafford Court on October 13, 2022, at 6:00p.m.
