GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Albion man accused of possessing fraudulent $100 bills

Isaiah L. Poole, 22, of Albion, NY, is charged with 16 counts of possession of a forged instrument 1st degree and criminal contempt 2nd degree, after allegedly possessing 16 fraudulent $100 bills and also violating an order of protection on October 23, 2022 in Elba.

Poole was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and is to appear in Elba Town Court on October 26, 2022 at 5:00p.m.

Breanna M. Cragg, 29, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following a roadside check on Clinton street in Stafford on October 23, 2022, at 1:19a.m.

Cragg was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on November 10, 2022, at 6:00p.m.

Seth A. Wilt, 18, of Corfu, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly stealing $724.45 worth of merchandise from his employer over a period of time at 8363 Lewiston road in Batavia on September 1, 2022.

Wilt was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 27, 2022 at 1:00p.m.
