Lance M. Mercado Sr., 32, of Batavia, NY is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd degree following a domestic incident in Batavia on October 29, 2022 at 5:38p.m.
Mercado allegedly called a victim repeatedly, threatening physical harm and caused the victim for fear for their safety.
Mercado was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and remanded to the jail. He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court at a later date.

On October 29, 2022 at 6:44p.m., deputies were dispatched to an address in the Town of Alexander for a reported male threatening a person with no legitimate purpose to do so.
Deputies found the male roadside, down the road from the residence of the victim.
Following an investigation, deputies say that Lance M. Mercado Sr. was allegedly in possession of knife knuckles. He is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree/Previous conviction.
Mercado was held at the Genesee County Jail and is to appear in Alexander Town Court on November 8, 2022 at 5:00p.m.

Nickolas A. Figlow, 20, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree and harassment 2nd, following an investigation into a criminal mischief to a vehicle at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial drive, Walmart, on October 27, 2022.
Figlow allegedly damaged the victim’s vehicle and followed the victim to Walmart.
Figlow was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on October 28, 2022.
He is due back in court on November 15, 2022, at 2:30p.m.

Rebecca L. Gugel, 36, of Rt. 5, Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd degree, after allegedly knowingly entering a residence with no right to do so on October 22, 2022 at 11:25a.m.
Gugel was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bethany Court on December 7, 2022, at 5:00p.m.
