Following a sex offense investigation by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, Roger E. Bartz, 73, of Varysburg, NY, is charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, course of sexual conduct against a child first degree/less than 11 years old and endangering the welfare of a child after a November 10, 2022 incident.
Bartz was arraigned before Warsaw Justice Ron Errington, acting on behalf of the Town of Sheldon Justice, and was jailed without bail.
Bartz will reappear in the Town of Sheldon Court at a later date.
