GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Newfane man charged in larceny

Brian Stover, 52, of Newfane, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree/value greater than $1,000, after he allegedly stole merchandise totaling $1, 042.48 from Home Depot at 4181 Veterans Memorial drive on November 17, 2022 at 2:26p.m.

Stover will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 7, 2022 at 10:00a.m. for arraignment.

Amari C. Glass, 22, of Elmira, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd degree, after deputies responded to Genesee Community College on November 17, 2022 at 5:33p.m. for a female trespassing. Glass had previously been advised to not come back on the property on a prior date.

Glass was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 7, 2022 at 10:00a.m.

Jody A. Minuto-Carey, 52, of Churchville, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic complaint on Clinton street road in Bergen on November 8, 2022 at 4:33p.m.

Minuto-Carey was processed at the Genesee County Jail and was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Bergen Town Court on November 30, 2022 at 5:00p.m.
