GENESEE COUNTY/Batavia/Three arrested after narcotics investigation on State street

On November 22, 2022, the Batavia Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at 126 State street stemming from a narcotics investigation conducted by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force. As a result of the investigation, the following three people were charged:

Kenneth J. Campbell, 34, of Oak street, Batavia, NY is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, a class B felony, and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree, a class D felony. Campbell was arraigned in City Court and held without bail.

Joanna F. Lardner, 29, of Summit street, Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on December 13, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Andrew W. Taylor, 35, of Main street, Albion, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on December 13, 2022 at 1:00p.m.

The City of Batavia Police Department, Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, City of Batavia Fire Department, Mercy Flight EMS and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office also assisted in the investigation.
