Kaitlyn N. Brooks, 30, and Timothy M. O’Leary, 32, both of Livonia, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after both Brooks and O’Leary were allegedly found to be in possession of fentanyl following a traffic stop on Ellicott street road in Bethany, NY on November 27, 2022.
Brooks was additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, unlicensed operator and no/inadequate headlights.
Both were issued appearance tickets and will appear in Bethany Town Court on January 4, 2023 at 5:00p.m.
