GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia woman almost collides with a Sheriff’s Patrol vehicle, facing felony DWI charge

Stephanie L. Salcido, 33, of Batavia, NY, is charged with felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, reckless driving, moving from a lane unsafely, uninspected motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, and operating without an interlock device, after a traffic stop on Lake Street Road in the Town of LeRoy on December 15, 2022 at 2:38a.m.

Salcido allegedly almost struck a Genesee County Sheriff’s Patrol vehicle head on.

Salcido was issued tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on January 3, 2022 at 4:30p.m.

Kevin Q. Widzinski, 29, of Chili, NY, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent, after a motor vehicle accident on Warsaw Road in the Town of LeRoy on December 15, 2022 at 7:24p.m.

After an investigation, it was determined that Widzinski was allegedly operating his vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.

He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on February 7, 2023 at 4:30p.m.

Alyssa M. Harnish, 34, of Batavia, NY, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree while at the Genesee County Jail on December 14, 2022.

The charge was the result of an investigation of an incident that occurred on November 16, 2022 at a residence in the Town of Batavia.

Harnish was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 4, 2022 at 10:00a.m.
