On December 12, 2022, Troopers out of SP Alden arrested Joey R. Tatro, 28, of Attica, NY, charging him with criminal mischief 4th/disabled equipment to prevent request for emergency assistance, criminal intent damage property and assault 3rd degree/causing physical injury.
On December 12, 2022, Troopers responded to a domestic incident in the town of Alden. Tatro was arrested for preventing the injured victim from calling 911, destroying property and causing physical injury to the victim. Tatro was transported to SP Alden for processing and arraigned in the town of Alden court where an order of protection was issued to the victim.
Tatro is to return to the town of Alden court for December 27, 2022.

On December 9, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Alan M. Joseph, 38, of Wyoming, NY, charging him with driving while intoxicated, previous conviction with in 10 years and failure to keep right.
On December 9, 2022, Troopers responded to a vehicle in the ditch in the town of Middlebury. Joseph was placed under arrest after failing filed sobriety test and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
Joseph was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Middlebury court for January 2023.
