On December 17, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Meshunda L. Herd, 35, of Niagara Falls, NY, charging her with promoting prison contraband.
On December 17, 2022, Troopers were contacted by NYSDOCCS to respond to the Wyoming Correctional Facility on Dunbar Road in Attica, NY for assistance. Herd was found to allegedly be in possession of drugs inside the facility. Herd was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
Herd was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Attica court for January 16, 2023.

On December 17, 2022, SP Batavia Troopers arrested Kelly D. Judson, 49, of Pavilion, NY, charging her with petit larceny.
On December 17, 2022, Troopers were dispatched to Tops Supermarket at 128 West Main Street in LeRoy, NY, for a larceny complaint. Troopers worked with a store employee, and it was determined that Judson allegedly took grocery items valued at $126.78, passing all points of purchase without paying.
Judson was arrested and released on an appearance ticket which is returnable to the town of LeRoy Court for a later date in January 2023.

On December 17, 2022, SP Batavia Troopers arrested Carrianne M. Rozbicki, 40, of Batavia, NY, charging her with petit larceny.
On December 17, 2022, Troopers were dispatched to Walmart, 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive in the town of Batavia, for a larceny complaint. Troopers worked with a store employee, and it was determined that Rozbicki allegedly took merchandise valued at $69.27 passing all points of purchase without paying.
Rozbicki was arrested and released on an appearance ticket which is returnable to the town of Batavia Court for a later date in January 2023.
