Kevin T. Kaminski, 33, of Alabama, NY, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, a class D felony, after subjecting two children less than 11 years old to sexual contact with one incident in December of 2021, and the other in January of 2022. Both incidents occurred in the town of Alabama.
Kaminski is also accused of two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, from December 2021-February 2022.
