Arthur J. Brown, 46, of State street, Batavia, NY, was arrested on December 14, 2022, for failing to report an address change within 10 days as a sex offender.
Brown was allegedly residing elsewhere from his registered address and allegedly failed to report a change of address within 10 days.
Brown has a prior conviction for the same offense. He was arraigned by Judge Burns in Batavia City Court and held without bail. Brown will re-appear in court on December 22, 2022 at 1:30p.m.

Jaszandra M. Davis, 27, and Kai F. Morris, 19, both of Buffalo, NY, are each charged with grand larceny 4th degree, a class E felony, criminal possession of stolen property 4th degree, a class E felony, and possession of burglar tools, a class A misdemeanor, after a larceny in progress at Dick’s Sporting Goods on Veteran’s Memorial drive in the town of Batavia on December 20, 2022.
When deputies arrived on scene, the two individuals in question were pushing a cart full of stolen items, and after a brief foot pursuit, both individuals were taken into custody. Davis and Morris allegedly stole merchandise greater than $1,000, and during an investigation, deputies found that the pair allegedly possessed stolen property that was taken from multiple stores in the Buffalo area.
Morris was additionally charged with obstruction of governmental administration 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Both Davis and Morris were released on appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 4, 2023 at 10:00a.m.

Tatiana Makarevic, 55, of Alabama, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI/PER SE-driving with a BAC of .18% or more, no priors, DWI, and moving from a lane unsafely, after a report of a white SUV unable to maintain its lane of travel on December 15, 2022 at 8:48p.m., in the town of Pembroke on Rt. 5. Deputies located the vehicle and then initiated a traffic stop.
After an investigation, it was determined that Makarevic was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to the town of Pembroke Court on January 4, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Michael G. Hoskins, 50, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, operating an uninspected vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with an open container on Seven Springs road in Stafford, NY on December 4, 2022 at 12:10a.m.
Hoskins is due to appear in the town of Stafford Court on January 17, 2023 at 10:00a.m.

Thomas D. Santos, 40, of Spencerport, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, DWAI/drugs and failure to dim headlights, following a traffic stop on Clinton street road in the town of Bergen on December 3, 2022 at 12:06a.m.
Santos was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. He is due to appear in Bergen Town Court on January 11, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Shawn R. Wisniewski, 33, of Medina, NY, is charged with promoting prison contraband 1st degree, after allegedly being in possession of suboxone while incarcerated at the Genesee County Jail on December 20, 2022 at 9:54p.m.
Wisniewski was arraigned in City Court on December 21, 2022 .

Karrie A. Morrow, 40, of Batavia, NY, was arrested at 14 West Main street, the Genesee County Jail, and charged with petit larceny on December 14, 2022. The larceny occurred on Genesee street in Pembroke on October 11, 2022 at 2:00p.m.
Morrow was processed by Jail staff an issued an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Pembroke Court on January 5, 2023 at 1:00p.m.
