Following a traffic stop on West Main Street in the Village of Arcade on December 16, 2022, for a headlight violation, Anthony S. LIMA, 39, of Angola, NY was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended. LIMA’s registration was suspended due to an insurance lapse dated 10/12/2022. LIMA was processed roadside and charged with the following:

Inadequate headlamp’s
Unlicensed operator
LIMA was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in the Village of Arcade Court on 01/05/2023.

Following a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in the Town of Java on December 16, 2022, for a headlight violation, Ameer ABDULLAH-MAJORS, 23, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended. ABDULLAH-MAJORS registration was suspended due to an insurance lapse dated 07/24/2022. ABDULLAH-MAJORS was processed roadside and charged with the following:

ABDULLAH-MAJORS was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in the Town of Java Court on 01/04/2023.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a male subject inside the Walmart store on Rt. 19 in Warsaw who was allegedly shoplifting on December 14, 2022.
Deputies arrived on scene and spoke to an employee who stated a customer, Paul M. ZANGERLE, 50, of Warsaw, NY, left the store without paying for items in his shopping cart.
Zangerle was charged petit larceny in the incident. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. Zangerle is to appear in the Town of Warsaw Court at a later date.

A level 1 sex offender was arrested December 20, 2022, for failure to register. Eric J. Krisnosky, 48, of Arcade, N.Y. was charged after moving from another address without notifying law enforcement of his
new address.
Krisnosky was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and is scheduled to re-appear
in court at a later date.
