Jeanna M. Hattaway, 36, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and avoiding a traffic device or intersection light on December 21, 2022, at 2:33p.m. at 3322 West Main Street Road.
Hattaway was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket.
She was released on her own recognizance and will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 12, 2023, at 1:00p.m.

Douglas W. Logsdon, 74, of Pavilion, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd/physical contact, after a domestic incident in Pavilion on December 16, 2022 at 5:41p.m.
Following an investigation, Logsdon was arrested on December 21, 2022 after he allegedly pushed a person and threw items at a person in the presence of a child under the age of 17.
Logsdon was arraigned in Pavilion Town Court in front of Judge Dagan on December 21, 2022 at 8:30p.m.
He is to re-appear in Pavilion Town Court on January 10, 2023 at 1:30p.m.

Ashley M. Schaefer, 28, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $255.66 worth of merchandise from Walmart at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia.
Schaefer allegedly passed all points of sale with the merchandise.
She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.
Schaefer will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 17, 2023 at 1:00p.m.
