WYOMING COUNTY/Trial delayed after attorney suspended

The trial of Antwan Odom, 22, of Batavia, has been delayed due to Odom’s attorney, Frank Housh, being suspended for misconduct.

“Odom is scheduled for an appearance in County Court on January 13, 2023, so that we can determine who his next attorney will be, and we will probably set a new trial date,” says District Attorney Donald O’Geen.

Odom was arraigned on Indictment for 4 counts of burglary in the second degree, a class C felony in March 2022. The burglaries occurred in February 2022. Odom is currently awaiting trial at the Wyoming County Jail. The case was to go to trial later this month.
