Jocolby S. Wallace, 34, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree, aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd degree, and uninspected motor vehicle, following a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the Town of Byron on January 6, 2023 at 8:52p.m.
Wallace allegedly possessed a stun gun in his vehicle and was previously convicted of a crime.
Wallace was arraigned in CAP Court at the Genesee County Jail and held without bail.

Antonio E. Sosa-Martinez, 33, of Albion, NY, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, after crashing his work van on Warsaw Road in the Town of LeRoy on January 7, 2023 at 8:14p.m.
After an investigation, deputies determined that that Sosa-Martinez was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on February 7, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Theresa L. Fisher, 34, of Lockport, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly impaired by drugs with a suspended license on January 1, 2023 at 5:45p.m. on Alleghany Road in Pembroke.
Fisher is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on January 11, 2023 at 3:00p.m.
