Jordan R. Difilippo, 29, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with sex offender failing to report change address/status after allegedly failing to disclose an email address to the Probation Department on January 12, 2023.
Difilippo was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.
He will appear in Batavia City Court on February 9, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Timothy T. Hsia, 33, of Mckeesport, PA, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd degree, unlicensed operator, failure to use four-way flashers and was issued uniform traffic tickets.
Hsia was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on February 8, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

David C. Pfenninger Jr., 44, of Corfu, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, after being located in his vehicle stuck in a ditch on the side of the road on Rt. 77 in Pembroke, NY on January 13, 2023 at 1:10a.m.
Pfenninger was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on February 2, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Paul Crawford, 54, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration on Old Meadow Lane in Batavia, NY on January 12, 2023 at 9:02p.m.
Crawford was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Batavia Town Court on January 25, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

John J. Gronowski, 45, of Cheektowaga, NY was arrested for criminal trespass on January 12, 2023 at 2: 02p.m., after allegedly remaining on the property at Batavia Downs on Park Road in the Town of Batavia, after previously being told he was no longer allowed to be there.
Gronowski was issued an appearance ticket and released.
