William Johnson, 23, Christopher Thompson, 37, and Sequan S. Lewis, 33, all of Attica, NY, are each charged with two counts of gang assault 1st degree, a class B felony, in a November 11, 2022 incident. They were arrested on January 25, 2023 and are being held.

Marco Coles, 35, of Rochester, NY, is charged with burglary 2nd degree/dwelling, a class C felony, criminal mischief 3rd degree, a class E felony, criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree/value greater than 3,000, a class D felony, and burglary 3rd degree/illegal entry with intent, a class D felony, after a burglary in progress in the Town of Pavilion on January 19, 2023 at 10:48p.m.
Coles was arrested on January 20, 2023, and is being held.

David P. Jacobs, 43, of Rochester, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle 3rd degree and operating a vehicle impaired by drugs 1st degree, both misdemeanors, in Alabama, NY on January 21, 2023 at 2:17p.m.
Jacobs was issued an appearance ticket.
