A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Jason R. Clark, accusing him of two counts of course of sexual conduct against a child second degree, a class D felony. The December 29, 2022 indictment was unsealed upon arrest on January 30, 2023.
In count one, Clark allegedly engaged in two or more acts of sexual conduct with a child less than eleven years old on or about and after Labor Day 2014 to mid-June, 2015 in the City of Batavia over a period of time less than three months in duration.
In count two, Clark allegedly engaged in two or more acts of sexual conduct with a child less than eleven years old on or about and after Labor Day 2015 to mid-June, 2016 in the City of Batavia.
Clark was arraigned in County Court in front of Judge Thomas D. Williams on Monday. Clark pleaded not guilty and will re-appear in court on March 27, 2023 at 10:30a.m. to argue motions.
Clark was released on recognizance.
Can I ask why we even go to the trouble of trying these “men”? I am so over with the do gooders saying they need a chance. No they need a bullet to the head. No 2nd chances with sexual offenders
