On January 29, 2023, Jody M. Flow, 36, of Rochester, NY, and Evan J. Vanskiver, 30, of Brockport, NY were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after a traffic stop at 573 East Main Street in the City of Batavia about 1:49a.m.
K-9 Rayzor responded to the scene with his partner Deputy James Stack and conducted a search of the vehicle. K-9 Rayzor provided a positive alert for the presence of narcotics in the vehicle and on Flow’s person and Vanskiver’s person.
Flow was also charged with a traffic device violation, illegal signal/less than 100 feet and tampering with physical evidence. Both Flow and Vanskiver were issued appearance tickets and released. They will appear in Batavia City Court on February 26, 2023 at 1:30p.m

Keilah L. Hart, 27, of Rochester, NY, is charged with introducing prison contraband 1st degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree at 14 West Main Street, the Genesee County Jail, on January 31, 2023 at 2:36p.m.
Hart allegedly introduced a controlled substance into the Genesee County Jail as she was being processed for a separate warrant arrest. Hart was release on an appearance ticket.

Margaret A. Miles, 57, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny, obstruction of governmental administration 2nd degree and resisting arrest after a January 29, 2023 incident on West Main Street Road in the Town of Batavia that occurred at 1:51p.m.
Miles will appear in Batavia Town Court on February 23, 2023 at 1:00p.m.
