Tyrone Monroe Jr., 19, of Attica, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree and five counts of falsifying business records 1st degree, after a larceny complaint involving an employee at the Flying J Travel Center in Pembroke on January 31, 2023.
Monroe allegedly stole money from the business and falsified business records to conceal the crime.
Monroe was arrested and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the town of Pembroke Court on March 2, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Jason M. Kone, 41, of Byron, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, open container and following too closely after a motor vehicle collision on Townline Road in the town of Bergen on January 31, 2023. at 5:54p.m.
Kone was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol at the time of operating the vehicle. He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on February 15, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Keith H. Wilkinson, 36, of Bethany, NY, is charged with robbery 3rd degree, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal tampering 3rd degree and harassment 2nd/physical contact, after an incident in Bethany on February 1, 2023 at 6:45a.m.
Wilkinson was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing.
