Brittany L. Hollaert, 26, of Rochester, NY, and Breanna Brummond, 32, of Rochester, NY are each charged with Criminal Trespass Third. On 2/3/23, two females led the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office deputies on a brief pursuit in a U-Haul van after an incident in the Town of Batavia before the pursuit was ultimately terminated.

The van was located abandoned on Pickthorn Drive in the City of Batavia a short time later by Officer Quider, at which time K9 Batu was deployed to assist in locating the suspects. The search continued to the area of Burke Drive where it was believed that the suspects went into a residence. A short time later, the Batavia Police Department was advised that the suspects were invited inside a residence for a brief time to warm up before allegedly fleeing from the residence with coats that belonged to the homeowner.

K9 Batu was re-deployed, and the search continued. The suspects were allegedly located in a shed behind a residence on Genesee Street. The two females, identified as Brittany Hollaert and Breanna Brummond, both of Rochester, were taken into custody without further incident.

While being taken into custody, it was revealed that one of the suspects had taken a set of car keys while inside the residence on Burke Drive and attempted to steal the homeowner’s car. The pair were arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd, Attempted Grand Larceny 4th of a Motor Vehicle, and Petit Larceny. The pair were issued appearance tickets and scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court at a later date. The pair face additional charges out of Genesee County Sheriff’s Office for the incident in the Town of Batavia and for failing to yield.

Cordero L. Royes, 35, of Batavia, NY, is charged with Criminal Contempt Second and Burglary Second. On 2/8/23 Officer Quider arrested Cordero Royes charging him with Criminal Contempt Second and Burglary Second after he was found in a Batavia residence allegedly in violation of a stay away order of protection. Royes was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail to reappear in Batavia City Court at a later date.

Jarrod K. Fotiathis, 28, homeless, is charged with Burglary Second, Petit Larceny and Identity Theft Second. On 2/6/23, Officer Post arrested Jarrod Fotiathis on the above charges after he allegedly entered a person’s residence where he stole property and personal information.  He then allegedly used the information to defraud the person.  Fotiathis was arraigned in Batavia City Court, and he was remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $5,000 bond.  Fotiathis is scheduled to reappear in Batavia City Court at a later date.

Toni B. Crenshaw, 30, of Lockport, NY, is charged with DWI/second conviction, Aggravated DWI .18% or more/second offense, and Failure to Keep Right. On 2/4/23, Officer Gombos arrested Toni Crenshaw for DWI/second offense, Aggravated DWI .18% or more/second offense and Failure to Keep Right, after a traffic stop.  Crenshaw was issued traffic tickets and released to appear in Batavia City Court at a later date.

Arthur J. Brown, 46, of Rochester, NY, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Third, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Resisting Arrest, and Tampering with Evidence. On 1/31/23, Officer Rissinger arrested Arthur Brown on the above charges. The charges stem from a traffic stop where Brown is alleged to have fled from officers on foot as they tried to place him under arrest as he attempted to hide a quantity of cocaine in a bush.  Brown was arrested and arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court and held at the Genesee County Jail. 

Jonathan K. Banks, 30, of Batavia, NY, is charged with Resisting Arrest, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Obstructing Governmental Administration. On 1/31/23, Officer Gombos arrested Jonathan Banks on the above charges after an investigation into a traffic stop.  During the investigation, it is alleged that Banks was found to have crack-cocaine on his person.  Banks then attempted to flee on foot and fight with officers before being taken into custody.  Banks was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court and held at the Genesee County Jail.

Nikita N. Shook, 36, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Batavia City Court. On 2/2/23, Officer DeFelice arrested Nikita Shook on three outstanding warrants issued by Batavia City Court (2 bench warrants, 1 arrest).  Shook was arraigned at Batavia City Court and held at the Genesee County Jail pending her next appearance. 

Cassandra L. Elmore, 31, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on two bench warrants issued by Batavia City Court. On 2/2/23, Officer DeFelice arrested Cassandra Elmore on two bench warrants issued by the Batavia City Court.  The first bench warrant stems from Elmore failing to appear in court after being arrested on 8/30/22 for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Third, Operate a Motor Vehicle Without Inspection, and two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  The second bench warrant stems from Elmore failing to appear in court after being arrested on 9/10/22 for Obstructing Governmental Administration.  Elmore was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held at the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $100,000 A, $100,000 B, and $250,000 E bail for each warrant.  Elmore is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 3/2/23 at 1:30 pm.

A 16-year-old female from Albion was arrested for Harassment second degree. On 1/24/23, Officer Gombos arrested a 16-year-old female from Albion after an investigation into a physical dispute between two juveniles on Cherry Street.  She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court and released.

Salvatore M. Motisi, 68, of Farmingdale, NY, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated. On 2/1/23, Officer Rissinger arrested Salvatore Motisi for DWI.  Motisi allegedly drove his car over an embankment and was then found to have been driving while intoxicated.  Motisi was issued traffic tickets and released to appear in Batavia City Court on 2/22/23.

Jenna L. Josephite, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with Trespass. On 2/4/23, Officer Mruczek arrested Jenna Josephite for Trespass at a local residence.  Josephite was issued an appearance ticket and released to appear in Batavia City Court on 2/21/23 at 1:00 pm. 

Aamir K. Holloway, 23, of Batavia, NY, is charged with Harassment second degree. On 2/6/23, Officer Crossett arrested Aamir Holloway for Harassment second degree.  Holloway was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released with a return date of 2/22/23 at 2:00 pm.

Zakara R. Jackson,19, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Batavia City Court and additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Seventh. On 2/5/23, Officer Moscicki arrested Zakara Jackson on a bench warrant issued by Batavia City Court after she failed to appear for a previous arrest.  Jackson was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Jackson was held at Genesee County Jail to await arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
